When will I receive my Gin Explorer Box?

If you order before the 5th of the month then you will receive your box in the third week of the same month. Otherwise your box should arrive in the third week of the following month. Don't worry though, you'll only be charged once before your first box arrives.

What can I expect in my Gin Explorer Box?

Each month, Gin Explorers will receive 4 bottles of different gins. Each bottle contains 50ml so the box contains enough for 8 normal measures of gin and tonic. You'll also receive a selection of mixers plus some bonuses and surprises. Past goodies have included bar spoons, gin infusion kits and cocktail ingredients.

Every box also comes with a map, showing you the provenance of that month's gins as well as giving tasting notes and digging into the history of each brand.

Who can become a Gin Explorer?

Currently Gin Explorer is only available to residents of the United Kingdom.

How can I order more of the gin and contents received through Gin Explorer?

Fear not, even though some of the gins may be hard to source as a consumer, you can find and purchase all of the samples in full 70cl or 50cl bottles at

Where is my Gin Explorer Box?

Upon despatch you should receive an e-mail from UPS with all the information to track your boxes journey. Please refer to this e-mail if you need to organise re-delivery or collection.

What if I want to cancel my subscription and end my Gin Explorer journey?

If you're drowning in gin or simply have a little jet lag and need to take a rest from us, you have two options:

1. You can take that break - as long as you let us know by the 5th of the month we will hold your order and you can restart when ready. We don’t think you’ll be away for long! You can do this by logging into your account and selecting the "skip" option.

2. You can cancel altogether - we’ll be sorry to see you go but simply visit My Account and press the edit button in the left hand box under subscriptions. Then select cancel and fill in the form as directed.

How am I charged?

When you join Gin Explorer you are signing up for a subscription service not a fixed contract period. Your subscription will automatically renew on the 25th of each month (or the same day you made your initial payment for some older customers). The renewal period and cost is the same as your first payment e.g. 3 Month Pre-Pay customers will be charged 69.99 every 3 months. If you do not wish to renew your subscription you will need to cancel before the renewal date.
